All classes are created lovingly for all levels, I offer modifications so everyone can feel supported. Come as you are!

Signing up is easy! Just click here, to book your membership or private class. You’ll get a confirmation email with all the details and a Zoom link within 24 hours after purchase.
4. What do I need for an online yoga class?
All you need is a yoga mat, comfy clothes, a quiet spot to practice, and a blanket for the laid-down meditation part, it’s like a guided Savasana.
5. How do I access the online classes?
You’ll receive a Zoom link in your confirmation email within 24 hours after purchase. Just click the link when it’s class time and you’re good to go! Please download Zoom to your phone/tablet or laptop so you can join on time.
6. What if I have an injury or health condition?
Please let me know about any injuries or health conditions before class via email. I’ll suggest modifications and alternative poses to ensure your practice is safe and gentle.
7. How can I ensure my practice is safe at home?
Make sure you have a clear, non-slip space to practice. Listen to your body, never push into pain.
8. Do you offer memberships or class packages?
