The yoga will be steady and grounded with a focus on openness, and clarity.
The journaling will help you pull the vision out of the clouds and into something real, something you can touch, build, and trust.

This isn’t about perfection, or hustling harder. It’s about noticing:

🌿 What small choices today can pull your future closer

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction, and a couple of simple ways to start living in alignment with your future self, now.

Every movie, every childhood storybook whispers the same ending: ...and then they lived happily ever after.”

But I've just grasping the truth that:
That person I've been looking for? It's me.

Yes, companionship is beautiful. Connection is sacred.
But most relationships end. That’s not meant to sound bitter, it’s meant to set you free. Because if we can accept this impermanence, we stop outsourcing our worth to someone else’s presence. We stop building our entire world around something we cannot control.
And instead, we begin building a home within.

This class is not about rejecting love or partnership. It’s about remembering that the deepest love story of your life is the one you’re having with yourself.

On Sunday, we turn toward the practice of Loving-Kindness, as a way of building warmth within.

Like lighting a fire in the hearth of your own heart, this practice begins with you.
No chasing approval. No waiting for someone else to offer love.
Just you, tending to your own light. Knowing that there’s nothing to fix, you are whole now. It is a journey, it takes time and practice, but this is why we are here.

And when that warmth is real, felt, lived, nourished, it can’t help but radiate outward. Like the sun, you no longer need to pick and choose who deserves your love. It becomes something you are, not something you give conditionally.

We’ll explore this through:
✨ Gentle, grounding movement
✍🏼 Honest and creative journaling
🧘‍♀️ A Loving-Kindness meditation rooted in ancient Buddhist wisdom and real life

This is a space for softness, for reflection, for quietly coming home to yourself and warming your home, that naturally then warm others.

  • Gentle movement to release physical tension and prepare the body for rest

  • A 10-minute Yoga Nidra practice to guide you into a deep state of relaxation (based on my training with Kamini Desai, an incredible Yoga Nidra teacher)

  • Journaling prompts to help you reflect on your relationship with rest and how to cultivate better sleep

That playful, curious part of us never truly left; it just got buried under responsibilities and to-do lists.

💃 So today, let’s bring it back! Let’s move in ways that feel good, not just structured. Let’s shake off the stiffness, breathe in lightness, and have fun together!

🌿 A Spring Reset to Refocus

Wait… It’s March already?! Hold on, where did the time go? I swear I just blinked, and suddenly, the year isn’t so new anymore. And honestly? I feel a little lost in where I’m going.

So, this class? It’s as much for me as it is for you. Because I need this reset, to pause, breathe, and ask myself:

  • Have I actually taken steps toward the dreams & goals I set at the start of 2025?

  • Am I still moving in the direction I wanted to?

  • Do my goals still feel exciting, or do they need a little tweaking?- not based on what I ‘should’ do, but on what truly makes me feel alive?

If you’re feeling the same, like you’ve kind of lost your compass but want to gently realign with what truly matters, come and join me. Together, we’ll practice yoga, journal, and refocus so we can step into spring with clarity and excitement.

Something in my life has ended very recently, something I didn't see coming. This journey of loss, of saying goodbye, has been teaching me about grief, love, and how we can hold space for both and at the same time how hard it is really to let go.

Maybe you’re moving through your own goodbye. Maybe you're grieving a past version of yourself, a person, a home, or a sense of belonging.
Wherever you are, you are not alone.
