Just like any muscle in the body, gratitude is something we can train and strengthen. Our brains are wired to focus on problems, but with intentional practice, we can rewire them to notice more of the good, even on hard days.

This class blends breathwork, yoga, and journaling with the science of the Reticular Activating System (RAS)—the brain’s filter that determines what we pay attention to. By shifting our focus, we can create new neural pathways that make gratitude feel more natural and effortless over time.

🌞 What if we started the day by saying, “I’m gonna have fun today”, and actually meant it? What if joy wasn’t something rare, but something we actively invited in?

🎈 Fun is the most natural thing for kids, that’s how they learn, interact, and express emotions. They laugh easily, move freely, and find joy in the simplest things. But weren’t we kids once, too? That playful, curious part of us never truly left; it just got buried under responsibilities and to-do lists.

💃 So today, let’s bring it back! Let’s move in ways that feel good, not just structured. Let’s shake off the stiffness, breathe in lightness, and have fun together!

Wait..Where am I going?

YOGA+JOURNALING: 🧭 Wait… Where Am I Going? 🌿

🌿 A Spring Reset to Refocus

Wait… It’s March already?! Hold on, where did the time go? I swear I just blinked, and suddenly, the year isn’t so new anymore. And honestly? I feel a little lost in where I’m going.

So, this class? It’s as much for me as it is for you. Because I need this reset, to pause, breathe, and ask myself:

  • Have I actually taken steps toward the dreams & goals I set at the start of 2025?

  • Am I still moving in the direction I wanted to?

  • Do my goals still feel exciting, or do they need a little tweaking?- not based on what I ‘should’ do, but on what truly makes me feel alive?

If you’re feeling the same, like you’ve kind of lost your compass but want to gently realign with what truly matters, come and join me. Together, we’ll practice yoga, journal, and refocus so we can step into spring with clarity and excitement.

What to Expect:

🌱 Breathwork to arrive fully into this new month (because on Sunday, it’s already March!)

This class is about finding connection through similarities, recognizing that we are all woven from the same fabric of experience: joy and sorrow, love and longing, hope and healing. Like fragments of a mirror, each of us reflects a piece of the whole. 💖🪞

A women-only session designed to explore connection and shared humanity through movement, breath, and reflection.

Something in my life has ended very recently, something I didn't see coming. This journey of loss, of saying goodbye, has been teaching me about grief, love, and how we can hold space for both and at the same time how hard it is really to let go.

Maybe you’re moving through your own goodbye. Maybe you're grieving a past version of yourself, a person, a home, or a sense of belonging.
Wherever you are, you are not alone.

This is a space to breathe, move, and heal, together.
