🌿 A Spring Reset to Refocus
Wait… It’s March already?! Hold on, where did the time go? I swear I just blinked, and suddenly, the year isn’t so new anymore. And honestly? I feel a little lost in where I’m going.
So, this class? It’s as much for me as it is for you. Because I need this reset, to pause, breathe, and ask myself:
Have I actually taken steps toward the dreams & goals I set at the start of 2025?
Am I still moving in the direction I wanted to?
Do my goals still feel exciting, or do they need a little tweaking?- not based on what I ‘should’ do, but on what truly makes me feel alive?
