This class is a one-hour sanctuary, a space to retreat from the noise, the to-do lists, and the endless demands pulling at your energy. This session is for you if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed and mentally exhausted

  • Struggle to get deep, quality sleep

  • Long for a place where you can simply be, without the need to produce or perform

What to expect in this session:

  • Gentle movement to release physical tension and prepare the body for rest

  • A 10-minute Yoga Nidra practice to guide you into a deep state of relaxation (based on my training with Kamini Desai, an incredible Yoga Nidra teacher)

  • Journaling prompts to help you reflect on your relationship with rest and how to cultivate better sleep

Yoga Nidra has been shown to calm the nervous system, improve sleep quality, and bring a deep sense of ease.
