🧠✨ Yoga & Journaling:
Training Your Gratitude Muscle
Just like any muscle in the body, gratitude is something we can train and strengthen. Our brains are wired to focus on problems, but with intentional practice, we can rewire them to notice more of the good, even on hard days.
This class blends breathwork, yoga, and journaling with the science of the Reticular Activating System (RAS)—the brain’s filter that determines what we pay attention to. By shifting our focus, we can create new neural pathways that make gratitude feel more natural and effortless over time.
🌿 What to Expect:
✨ Breathwork
🧘♀️ 40-minute yoga flow – A slow-paced, grounding practice
📝 Journaling prompts – Thoughtful reflections designed to train your "gratitude muscle" and help you see the good more naturally.
